How to Register:

Complete this Registration Form (Form link)

We have 2 payment options available:

  1. Traditional Payment:
    • Complete Registration Form and sent check to our Treasurer (mailing address is on the Form)
  2. PayPal Payment:
    • Complete Registration Form and email form to Treasurer with your confirmation email from PayPal.
    • PayPal will accept more than one payment but we will need individual registration forms with your confirmation email from PayPal so we can match payments with registration forms. Note: We do not have access to personal information from PayPal.

  • Full Day:  $125 (Early - $115 if payment received before 4/15)
  • Half Day: $90 (Early- $80 if payment received before 4/15
  • Retired Member Full Day:$50

  • Student Member Full Day:  $50
  • Student Member Half Day: $35

Registration Cancellation Policy

No refund will be given for cancellations made after April 10.

Silent Auction and Donations:

Silent Auction Donations go towards Betsy Hiser Scholarship. This scholarship is intended to help a registered dietitian pursue education in order to enhance professional standing and knowledge of nutrition, nutrition education, or food science.
