Advertising Fee Schedule

VAND follows the advertising guidelines of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Job Ads:

  • VAND Member - no cost
  • Non-member - $40 and run for 60 days. 

Ads for educational programs:
(includes a posting in monthly VDA Newsletter, an eBlast to members, and runs for 3 months on web)

  • Free if offered VAND & must be approved for CE credits can be free or fee
  • Free if offered free of charge to members & must be approved for CE credits
  • Nonprofit Groups (examples: Dairy Council, VT Hunger) educational programs which will benefit members with CE credits- no charge
  • Profit groups, organizations representing profit groups, groups not related to VAND/Academy (example pharmaceutical co, food distributors, non-members of VAND/Academy ) - $50

Mailing labels:

  • Nonprofit groups (examples Dairy Council and American Diabetes Assoc)  $40
  • Profit groups related to VAND/Academy (examples VAND/Academy members in private practice, workshops, educational facilities) - $80
  • No charge to VAND members if using email label ready format, cost of postage and handling if hard copy requested.

Advertising:
(includes a posting in monthly VAND Newsletter)

  • Nonprofit groups that are entities of VAND/Academy (examples Academy Foundation and practice groups)- no charge
  • Nonprofit groups not related to VAND/Academy (examples Dairy Council and American Diabetes Assoc) - $50
  • Profit groups related to VAND/Academy - (examples VAND/Academy members in private practice, workshops, educational facilities)- $80
  • Profit groups, organizations representing profit groups, groups not related to VAND/Academy (example pharmaceutical co, food distributors, non-members of VAND/Academy ) - $120

E-Newsletter Ad Specifications

  • Format: JPG, GIF, or PNG format artwork.  PNG for best quality.
  • Animation: Please do not submit animated ads for the e-newsletter (Since 007 Internet Explorer will not display animation)
  • Dimensions: 600 pixels wide or less
  • File size: Image should be no larger than 350KB.
  • URLs: Any URLs must be active.

Website submissions

  • Format: plain text, without formating
  • PDF files can be uploaded as an attachment
  • Pictures should be in JPG, GIF, or PNG format, smaller image files are best.
