VAND is honored to host Dr. Bridget Lee in a webinar about microplastics in the food supply. Dr. Lee is an emergency room physician who has been studying the growing body of research on how plastics enter our food through soil, water and packaging, and the impact it appears to have on human health. She will also discuss what we can do to reduce personal exposure, how to talk with clients, and how we can choose to become advocates for policies and practices that can reduce the flow of plastics into the environment.
