40 hours per week - Fanny Allen Campus at UVM Medical Center;Provides day-to-day leadership to Nutrition Services Staff including ensuring adequate staffing, facilitating team building, fostering professional development and interpersonal skills, monitoring compliance with policies and sanitation, and coaching staff as needed. Must also be able to provide MNT to acute inpatients whose culturally-diverse needs include oral therapeutic diets, enteral (via tube) and parenteral nutrition.
Master’s Degree in Nutrition or related field.
Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and Vermont State Certification as a dietitian required.
Must have previous leadership experience.
Two years’ experience in an institutional or high volume commercial food services establishment recommended.
