Position Description

Converse Home is an Assisted Living Residence serving up to 66 residents, to include 16 residents in memory care.

We would like an RD to work with us approximately 8 hours per month to help with specific residents' nutritional needs and to advice Dining Department Staff on menu planning and serving residents with dysphagia.

Minimum Qualifications

Registered Dietitian.

Desired Qualifications

Experience serving residents in a long term care setting.
Experience serving residents with dementia.
