VDA media training

ADA is offering a FREE intensive one-day communications workshop, led by past ADA Spokesperson Kathleen Zelman, MPH, RD, LD. The session will provide members with the skills to give outstanding presentations, conduct productive media interviews, and write effective letters to the editor or "op-ed" articles.

After attending this workshop, participants will be able to:

* Create healthy-eating messages consumers and reporters want to hear
* Approach the media with confidence and professionalism
* Conduct media interviews that communicate key messages and position RDs as the community’s leading food and nutrition experts

Continental breakfast and buffet lunch will be served

* Priority will be given to the first 25 registrants
