Sampling of prepared dishes
We are hosting two main events in March in recognition of National Nutrition Month and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Day (March 11). Although RDN Day falls during Spring Break this year, we will be hosting our events on March 17 and March 31. These activities will highlight all program concentrations and include participation from both undergraduate and graduate students.
