MVP Health Care invites Registered Dietitians and others to join a Virtual educational forum on November 12 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM with members of the MVP Provider Relations team. This session is designed to provide practical guidance to MVP participating providers on using the MVP Provider Portal and addressing common administrative questions encountered in day-to-day practice. • How to verify Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) eligibility through the Provider Portal
• How to access support through the Provider Assistance Line
• Common claims issues, including corrected and denied claims with MNT
• General questions related to navigating MVP systems and processes

It is not designed to review or resolve individual member cases, specific claim disputes, credentialing matters, or other situations that require case-specific investigation.
